Understanding the Determinants of Interactive Voice Response System Adaption

An integrated model will be developed for understanding and testing the role of information quality, service quality and user satisfaction on interactive response system adoption. In order to understand the significance of the constructs on interactive response system adoption, an investigation based on a survey research will be conducted with people have an experience in automated dialog with interactive response systems. The data will be analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM).

The study may provide guidelines to organizations working or serving with an interavtive response system.
