The purpose of this study is to create a frame model for evaluating the software developed for Business Process Management (BPM). Firstly BPM software components were examined within the scope of the study. With the detailed literature review, the approaches that can be used for the evaluation of BPM software have been identified. These approaches consider the software in terms of either main ability and integrity characteristics or marketing features. In addition to these approaches related to BPM issues, ISO / IEC software standards, which are being used to evaluate software in general, have also been examined in detail. As a result of these investigations and researches, an integrated assessment frame model has been designed that has used both the BPM related approaches and the ISO / IEC software standards. On the other hand, this frame model may also be used to evaluate each component of the software separately with the database structure created Finally, this sample frame model was also applied to evaluate a BPM software as an example.
